ConfigWise includes many default reporting policies and dashboards as part of the standard product.  Additionally, ConfigWise Smart Packs are optional extensions to ConfigWise that encapsulate application or system specific knowledge within ConfigWise policies as well as a set of corresponding dashboard reports to display the information collected by the Smart Pack policies. ConfigWise Smart Pack policies and dashboard reports may be further customized to fit your individual business needs. ConfigWise Smart Packs can be used with any ConfigWise reporting solution.
